It would be a one by one block that’s only usable in creative, and would be after or before the liquid dyer and cost 800 butt-coins. Basically how it would work is, if it is placed in an enclosed space underwater, with the push of a button all water within that space is now extracted. This could make for some really cool submarine or aquarium builds.

It’s definitely not impossible, it’s probably just a little more difficult to code than water rising or propellers propelling. Or they could have just simply not have thought of the idea, or maybe they thought of it but saved it for a later update. But still this is just a suggestion that I thought would be cool to have in the game. : )
