Just make these obtainable. The paints would be cool for builds, and I can speak for a lot of people when I say that "rare" blocks ruin the game. Especially the Frog and Gyatt, basically any block that isn't usually obtainable. People either flood Wilds with these blocks, and you barely get to build. And then people false report and kick you for clearing the map. Or you can just be playing hide and seek, and then someone yells the words, "GUYS I HAVE THE (frog/gyatt/cheese/error/anything unobtainable) BLOCK WHO WANTS IT?" It just pauses the entire game for something that you "can't get otherwise." If they are in the game, just release them at one point.
