Fluffthrower

The idea I have in mind is a device similar to a flamethrower, but designed for public use. The device, which I'm calling the "fluffthrower," would be used to push people away or fill their energy meter in a fun and playful way, similar to those on-the-go fluff things that you see around. The design would be comical and lighthearted, and it would not be intended for self-use. Instead, the device would be used to support others and create a fun and positive atmosphere. As I think about it more, the concept reminds me of the medic from the popular game, Team Fortress 2. But, for now, I'll stop here and let the idea marinate.
