If you still haven't beaten it, just use Defense Debuffs preferably debilitate which normal Flu has. By your 3rd miscrit of spamming just Def debuff you can do a dmg test if it's dealing enough damage for your 4th miscrit.

I used d treemurs endless poison and switch curse (d waddles) miscrits to deal most of the damage.

i think you would have to brute force it through with miscrits with anti antiheal (d shellbee) so that they wont be afflicted by it. if you do debuff her stats or bleed, she will use her buffing skill (+10 stats / + 20 heal) which can cause some issues.
