“No regions found” usually points to a connectivity issue. Please try:

  • Run the game as Administrator.
  • Press F11 to view ping and network debug info.
  • If you’re in a disconnection loop, try switching servers.
  • For long matchmaking searches, wait up to 15 minutes. If no match is found, restart the client and ensure your expedition is planned and a Trampler is selected.
  • Check your Firewall/Antivirus and allow the game.
  • Use a stable, wired internet connection if possible.

Solved. There was a 2.2GB update that steam was not showing the game needed update. I can find regions now
