Figured youd wanna fix this. not that big of an issue when left unchecked, but it is something to fix nonetheless

Thanks for flagging this. There is a known issue where enemies/NPCs can walk through walls or doors. If what you saw was NPCs doing this, it’s a known problem. There’s also a separate known issue where storage room doors on forts can duplicate and block access.

If you’re able to walk through doors as a player, that specific behavior isn’t listed here. Could you share the location and door type so we can narrow it down?

it is not only doors, turns out it is windows as well and its the whole complex called "Raumnadel". Every single door and window i came across is like this.
