If you’re getting repeated “connection lost” in the menu, try these steps:
- Run the game as Administrator.
- If it feels like a disconnection loop, switch to a different server/region and try again.
- Press F11 to view your ping/network debug info and ensure you’re on the closest region.
- Check your Firewall/Antivirus settings and make sure the game is allowed.
- Use a stable, wired internet connection if possible.
- Test another internet connection (e.g., a mobile hotspot) to see if your ISP is the issue. You can also test access by opening the PlayFab site in your browser.
- If matchmaking takes too long, wait up to 15 minutes, then restart the client and ensure your expedition is planned and a Trampler is selected.
