We have several visual issues that can look like missing textures:

  • Trampler props may spawn invisible/corrupted, and picked-up crates can leave stuck duplicate visuals or appear corrupted. Fix: Press Win+R → type regedit → go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hologryph\ → delete the Sand folder.
  • Enemy character models can be invisible (name tag only). Known issue being actively investigated.
  • Explosive Barrels/Wok Bombs can become hidden when climbing ladders, removing visible timers for others. Known issue.

If you’re still seeing broader missing textures, try:

  • Verify the game file integrity via Steam.
  • Update your GPU drivers and Windows.

If it persists, a detailed description plus your player.log and player-prev.log from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph\SAND can help narrow it down.
