Quick check: Characters are tied to the region you chose when creating them. If you logged into a different region today, your character list will appear empty. Switch back to the original region and your characters should be there. Note: Trampler blueprints are shared across characters, but inventory/tech trees are not cross‑region.

ah alright for me the game started on "WEST US" Today, changing region back to Europe brought it back
