Hi, I bought the game yesterday afternoon. I played several times throughout the day, and everything seemed to be going well. Today I went to launch the game, and it immediately showed that my character from yesterday had been deleted, so the progress I made yesterday has been erased. Could you explain?

Your character likely isn’t deleted. Characters (and their inventory/tech tree progress) are tied to the region you selected when creating them. If you switched regions since yesterday, the game will show a different character list, which can look like your old character was removed. Switch back to the original region to see your character and progress. Note: Trampler blueprints are shared across characters, but other progress is region-specific.
