I was playing a game of storm dive and it suddenly crashed. I closed the application and tried reloading back into the same match, but as soon as I got in the game crashed. I tried loading in once agon with the same results. So I abandoned that match and started up a voyage match instead, as soon as the ship doors appeared it crashed. I tried loading back into that match as well and it just kept crashing. I did also screen record the last attempt. Luckily I didnt have much loot, but I did lose two tramplers and loadouts so I was hoping I could possibly get those refunded but not sure.

Thanks for the detailed report. One known issue is that additional memory consumption can occur after re‑entering the same expedition a few times; fully closing the game will free the memory.
Please try these steps:
- Update Windows and your GPU/drivers.
- Verify game files in Steam.
- Temporarily disable overlays/background tools (Discord overlay, Nvidia App, Razer Synapse, MSI Afterburner, etc.).
- Reinstall BattlEye by running Install_BattlEye.bat from the game folder.
- If on Linux/Steam Deck, install the Proton BattlEye Runtime in your Steam library.
To help us investigate the crashes and the missing Tramplers/loadouts, please share:
- player.log and player-prev.log from: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph\SAND
- Your 17-digit SteamID.
- Approximate times the crashes happened.
- Whether it happened on the Trampler or outside.
- Whether you used a custom or default Trampler.
Post those details here so we can look into it.
