If the game says you have no internet connection at launch, try these steps:
- Run the game/launcher as Administrator.
- Check your Firewall/Antivirus and make sure the game is allowed.
- Prefer a wired connection. If possible, test another connection (e.g., a mobile hotspot) to rule out ISP issues, and try opening the PlayFab website in your browser to confirm access.
- Temporarily disable overlays/background tools (Discord overlay, Nvidia App, Razer Synapse, MSI Afterburner, etc.).
- Verify the game files in Steam.
- Reinstall BattlEye by running Install_BattlEye.bat from the game folder.
- Update Windows and your GPU/system drivers.
- On Linux/Steam Deck, install the Proton BattlEye Runtime under your Steam library.
- Launch the game directly from the launcher after starting it as Admin.
