When ever I try to launch the game I get an error saying that I don't have an internet connection even though I do.

If the game says you have no internet connection at launch, try these steps:

  • Run the game/launcher as Administrator.
  • Check your Firewall/Antivirus and make sure the game is allowed.
  • Prefer a wired connection. If possible, test another connection (e.g., a mobile hotspot) to rule out ISP issues, and try opening the PlayFab website in your browser to confirm access.
  • Temporarily disable overlays/background tools (Discord overlay, Nvidia App, Razer Synapse, MSI Afterburner, etc.).
  • Verify the game files in Steam.
  • Reinstall BattlEye by running Install_BattlEye.bat from the game folder.
  • Update Windows and your GPU/system drivers.
  • On Linux/Steam Deck, install the Proton BattlEye Runtime under your Steam library.
  • Launch the game directly from the launcher after starting it as Admin.
