Hello,

I encountered an issue during a match. I was playing with two friends, and both of them lost their internet connection and disconnected from the game. I continued playing alone and successfully extracted with a significant amount of loot.

However, when I returned to the lobby, none of the loot I had extracted with was added to my inventory. It seems that my progress from that match was not saved.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there is any way to recover the lost loot?

Thanks for reporting this. To investigate missing loot/progress, please share the following details here (you can also submit in-game with F7):

  • Exact steps leading up to extraction and return to lobby
  • Screenshots/video if available
  • Your Server/Region
  • Whether you were in a party (you said 3 players) and their disconnect timing relative to your extract
  • A direct link to your Steam account

Additionally, please attach logs and details used for inventory issues:

  • player.log and player-prev.log from: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph\SAND
  • Your 17-digit SteamID
  • Approximate time the issue occurred (with timezone)
  • Did the issue occur on the Trampler or outside?
  • Were you using a custom or default Trampler?

This info will help us pinpoint why your extracted loot didn’t appear in your inventory.

Hello,

I checked the location mentioned in your instructions:

C:\Users\rambo\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph\SAND

However, I could not find player.log or player-prev.log. The folder only contains a Data folder with a Walkers subfolder inside it.

I am still trying to locate the log files and will provide them if I find them.

Could you please confirm whether the logs are stored in a different location in the current version of the game?
