#bug crash lost stuff during extraction

when we extract with my friend we take the rope to extract and boum the game crash and when i check on the discord i'm not the only one who crash... a refund of the stuff is possible or a compassion maybe ?

Sorry this happened. There are a few related issues currently tracked:

  • Extraction may be interrupted by the Trampler itself; you’ll need to call for extraction again.
  • Players can be launched off the Trampler when ramming into other vehicles or crew members, which may cause kicks or crashes.
  • Re‑entering the same expedition multiple times can increase memory usage; fully restarting the game frees the memory.

For stability, you can also try these steps:

  • Disable overlays/background services (e.g., Discord overlay, Nvidia App, Razer, MSI Afterburner).
  • Verify game files in Steam.
  • Reinstall BattlEye (run Install_BattlEye.bat in the game folder).
  • Update Windows and GPU/drivers; run the launcher as administrator.
  • On Linux/Steam Deck, install the Proton BattlEye Runtime.
