Complete Reset Of Progression When Closing Out Of The Game | SAND: Raiders Of Sophie | Page 1

I played for 5 hours, got off to do IRL things, and i come back and my character is reset and my progression is back to squar 1. I made the character on NA east and im still on NA east servers. I close out the the game by exciting desk top. I tested it and when ever you hit Exit To Desktop, it resets your character for some reason. To prevent this, i have to go into task and end the instance of the game, or Alt F4.

I want to know if im the only one running into this issue
