Game is permanently stuck on this screen after starting a match.

For my friend its perfectly fine, tried updating drivers, launching the game in d12 switching regions/characters changing settings using a VPN. I can't seem to get past this screen. Can't use any controls only ALT+F4 from the game. Same thing happened in the test.
