in 2 saves now, after I pressed it about 5-10 times, it just stops working, only the simbol changing, but the time is not skipped

Do you have any unassigned funds in the finance tab? I have found that once there's any amount that's not allocated, the Continue button doesn't work AND there's no indication (pop up message, red text signifying "you have funds that you need to assign") that it's the reason the game doesn't want to continue.
