Honestly yeah, I know a lot of people overestimate or underestimate the power of a nerf or buff. I know it can make a difference but that doesn’t make that weapon any worse. It’s just more balanced, I’ve seen people just swing cannon around with no regard, just swing in the enemies general direction and it’s pretty easy to connect.

you gotta be more passive. wait for an opening. the val did a lot of dodges right after being hit. you probably coulda gone in and punished with a string.
