Dragon Midori uses Intimidating Roar, which puts the opponent's Red Burst on top of their deck. The opponent's known cards in hand stop being visible to Midori.

That's exactly as it should be, on purpose. When your opponent puts a card on top of their deck, there is no longer any card that you know to be in their hand, because you don't know which card they put on top.

Then when they next draw a card, you regain that knowledge once more.
