Options screen dropdown menu issues

1. Resolution dropdown menu renders behind the gamepad options dropdown menu
2. Clicking on a dropdown menu to display options, then clicking somewhere on the options modal outside the menu to dismiss it, closes the options entirely rather than just closing the dropdown menu
