#Strinova Ban System ⛔

The Ban system in Strinova is very bad, and I'm not the only one complaining about this. I heard so many people who got unfairly banned for smurfing even though they weren't, this is extremely bad for the community because they are unfairly banning their most active/tryhard players for something they did not do, and of course, many players leave because of this, which is part of the reason Strinova is dying. Please fix the ban system so they don't just keep banning you for no valid reason, I just got banned as well and if I get unfairly banned again, I'm uninstalling the game and leaving bad reviews. Thank you for your support!

From what ive seen, the smurf detection system ONLY bans the innocent people 😭

power outtage , system crashes , UE4 crash , internet maintnance (by ISP) , maybe natural disasters? , people who cant hold it and need to go to bath room in OUTBREAK

list of thing people have not been banned for : cheating (aimbot or walls) , be sVtuber or jj which took the community a month to finally ban JJ and seems there is more examples , people with obviously way over the line names , win trading , throwing/saboteur

Pretty sure there a good amount of foul play of wintrade or cheating (I saw someone streaming with really suspicious gameplay). It doesn’t help that the report system is so convoluted as I’ve been informed you have to report through customer support in the strinova launcher, aka log out of the game so if I had to find information like match ID and such, I’m just not going to bother unless I really cared (then what’s the point of the report system in game)

Plus in the CN side of things, they actually gave feedback on certain reports like cheating as well as publicly regular post that they have banned X number of accounts.

We get none of that in global which makes me somewhat believe that they don’t seem to do anything about it. Even if they do indeed ban or punish bad actors, we the player don’t know as there’s no acknowledgment

uh i have got many times on my friend got that notice when afk and unable to connect fast in the game. even myself got that warning for smurfing/passive play when i disconnected because of cloudflare issue before, passive play they meant like griefing, i disconnected once and got a warning, my friend has unstable connection on strinova and get banned for a day, the next week same stuff happens on strinova tokyo server he got banned again same with the OP notice. hes not smurfing hes negative kd and very low adr. on early days of strinova i have alot of friends who are bad at the shooting games they get that notice for passive play or boosting.
