rustic cipher
I just had a match in escort where Celestia's skill refused to work. I would hit the button, she would swing her arm and do the animation, but the skill never actually procc'd. I could spam the skill since it didn't take away a stock/usage and she'd say the voiceline but nothing actually happened. I tried swapping characters but every time I went back to Celest her skill was still bugged. Has anyone else had an issue like this?
When i swapped to other characters, their skills worked. When I swapped back to Celestia, her skill doesn't. She could use her ult just fine, it was only her skill that was an issue.
