I've been noticing that when I play certain servers such as singapore or hong kong my ping (and the others I queued with) spiked randomly and then stops. I am not sure whether or not its a server issue or if its under maintenance or something. (For example I queued hong kong and I was at 500 ms as well as one of my queue mates and it went down to normal (230 ms) and came back (500 ms again))
