#Outbreak - A slight rework of enhanced weapons and fun for all.

I remember the previous season and the tragedy of impenetrable tunnels - an issue that can still be reproduced to a lesser degree, considering that Enhanced Emberspit no longer recovers ammo at all. Now, I understand why this nerf came to be - it's too powerful of a strategy otherwise that doesn't let Crystallines win if someone just gets into a safe spot. However:
1 - this feels like an inelegant solution, since that still doesn't resolve the issue of letting people hide in impenetrable tunnels by the end of the round;
2 - now Enhanced variants of weapons become even less useful, and that includes the new Ignis, which is pretty much a useless burst of damage.

To solve both problems, there are two things I propose:
1 - to change Euler Night Harbor's infamous tunnel to have two different Crystalline-size entrances;
2 - to make it so that people can recover ammo of Enhanced Weapons through crates again, BUT only from crates (maybe even make them restore only half of the "enhanced ammo" they usually would) - make Ammo Bearer specify that it would not restore ammo for Enhanced weaponry. The reasoning behind that is that this would force players out of their comfort zones to search for crates, rendering them vulnerable to attacks in a fun way.

If there are suggestions from other players, I'd love to hear them all. Maybe our voices will be heard this time around.

The reasoning behind the proposed change of letting us regain ammo for Enhanced weaponry is because of Ignis specifically - I can see the potential of the weapon, but if it's there only for, like, 10 shots, then it's a disappointing weapon card that people will get only once to check it out and then dismantle every time it drops.

emberspit : allows for regain ammo but the flames have damage drop off and knock back drop off so the longer the zombie away the less knock back they take...this makes it more balanced

#

ignis : instead of regular shotgun pistol it fires a oversized slug that explode on contact like a grenade launcher dealing ton of damage and knock back but the fire rate reduced by half and limited ammunition (basically....bolt pistol from 40k)

Deleting them won't resolve the issue.

I feel like negative feedback without proper suggestions of solutions is not at all helpful. Just telling someone to "fix the problem" while cussing them out and providing a bad solution will not help resolving the problem.
Deleting Enhanced weapons from Outbreak is not a solution - they're fun to play around with and have usage as tools. Emberspit in question is powerful, yes - so instead of reverting it to a stage where it was too overpowered, I proposed a solution that lets us keep those weapons and lets them still be useful for at least active gameplay.

There's a reason it's very wise to take a Stinger with you to Outbreak, and sacrificing it fully for a very temporary weapon is not fun.

Right now the meta leans on Sunburst/Torment - this might be a piece that helps setting the build up.

I agree ... proper build Maddelena can out dmg Fragrans
but Fragrans have better survivability

I think I'll try Maddelena later
I'm usually play Fragrans and Yugiri in this season ;w;
