Missing characters/skins in "select skin profile"

No yvette & no flavia in select skin
Please fix

The game crashes.
When selecting the character Cocona, the game freezes, displays an error, and crashes. There's no way to fix it. The same thing happens in the main menu when viewing agent skins. Only on Cocona.
I had to take the character normally and play calmly.
The problem happens all the time.
