After the new season update, the game infinitely displays a red dot on the agents tab. In the agents menu the red dot appears on the "Personalize" > "Voice" tabs, indicating that a new voice file is present, but there are no new voice files available for any character. I checked every single character, including the Crystallines, and there's nothing new anywhere, yet these red dots will not go away.

Yes. I've looked through all voices for every character. There are no new ones anywhere, yet the game is infinitely displaying a red dot there. It's a bug with the new season.

They released a hotfix today for other bugs but not this one. lol

yeah, not my problem either. I can't hear any teammates' voices through the game, but I can talk myself and they can hear me

UPDATE: Even after the 26SP1-2 update yesterday, this issue still remains. New voice lines were added for Cielle, but even after clearing all of those, the menu still says there are new voice files, even though there aren't any.

still an issue in 26SP2, I've clicked every single voiceline for every character and it still wont go away

Yup. I still have this annoying bug going into the new season. It's been a thing for almost three months now.

With the new 26SP2-2 update that dropped last night, this issue has finally been fixed, after nearly four months!
I don't know if it's possible for me to mark this issue as resolved here.
