Yeah, sure. Headcanon: When he betrayed PUS, Nobunaga tried to shot him and Reiichi lost his eye because of that.
And after few months The Scissors made a prosthetic eye for him so he could still being useful for them as sniper.
(Nobunaga still can't forgive himself for what he did.)
