huo li da miao! i actually have some lesser known tips i feel might be of use to everyone.
- Michele's turrets start cooldown ASAP even before round starts. to get the next turret as fast as possible, place it down as soon as you can. It helps when you only have 2 turrets. The cooldown is approximately 40 seconds, and the fastest i can usually get it down is under 15-18 seconds. that gives her an extra turret after only 22 seconds of the round.
- This one's important but more well known: michele's bots are limited to within her range. they deactivate once they cross I believe 45m. This is important because Michele can theoretically hold 2 sites, or assist in holding two. The map will show you which bots are deactivated.
- in terms of buys, prioritize awakenings, but go for headshot dmg, rate of fire, and spread control.
//you should be able to control her recoil, its one of the easiest in the game, and spread control minimizes rng.
//headshot damage assuming youre hitting headshots, and rate of fire for faster ttk.
//i generally like to pick +1 turret over +50% range and dmg, but if youre locking down a small site, or one choke, and know enemies path a certain way, you can double up on one area and get a lot of dmg as well as distract enemies longer since they are more likely to be distracted by both turrets hitting them extra hard.
//reload speed over magazine capacity, all assault rifles should take reload speed in my opinion but its up to personal preference usually.
//survivability? you could feasibly go for heavy armor since with awakening 2 michele gets temporary armor and becomes a mini tank once enemies destroy her turrets, but a2 is another reason why i go for +1 turret over +50% range and dmg. however, enemies in higher elos might completely disregard your turret since it doesnt affect their fire rate or slow them, and thus their ability to kill you is the same. dont give them too much exposure.
//a3 is very strong but the range is very short. it helps to keep a turret or two on you, like how nobu might keep a guardian eye on him at all times. the buff you get from a3 could stop a push, and isnt reliant on the enemies destroying your turrets. - when placing your turrets, you want the enemies to have to look away from their target to destroy them (if they try to destroy them), meaning you want to place it high up and the opposite direction of yourself or your teammates. this either protects you or your bots, which if you stay alive can help hold a choke even if you have to fall back.
//with a2, i like to double up. make one easy to shoot out to bait them into breaking it, while you get a whole 45 temp armor to work with for a short while. - dont be afraid to hide your turrets deeper onsite, it helps lull the enemies into a false sense of security. you can place them far up for recon, but setting traps is devastating if you condition your enemies that you always set them forwards for recon.
more when i remember how to play michele!
also, go watch michele ult lineups, i dont know any but im sure youve seen yourself how terrifying huo li da miao is when it blots out the sun

Don't play heavy... And A2, either except if there no dps on the site u hold
A2 is not strong enough for being picked
Play her in customs and try to find the most atrocious ult lineups in all the maps to make the attackers question everything
Typically high or hard to reach vantage points
What are the exact numbers of her A3 buff? Like exactly how much does it increase her ROF/weapon usability?
One of my favorite legendary combos https://youtu.be/u7RgvZkMcL4?si=PUYPlt7yxNLJbsAZ
