But it's usually one of the last upgrade you take

Kokona first aid +50 is better. You don't really care about making Kokona heal 4...
For anyone seeing this later, first aid +50 is not totally better and Kokona can care about healing 4/s.
Actually this is the upgrade that I use now. I feel like first aid +50 is really inconsistent, since it depends on how much your team die.
