Hit your shots. Please.
hi
hii
"Just get good" real
i was about to say this lol
just aim better
don't miss
What they said.
Skill issue
Wifi res
so if theres a kokona on the enemy team... shoot the drone
Hi
aim
HI
keep left pinky finger on left ctrl, then scope in to head with ADS and click left mouse button, and win
remember to keep using left ctrl after shooting to get to stringify mode
Trick with kokona: use drone before engage
based guides fr
Jump over cover and shoot so they have almost no time to respond before you fall back behind cover
line up your headshots while stringified then quickscope them
"Share your guide thoughts" (people proceed to say "hi")
Living is more important than killing. She's a support, work with the team
just run crazy and kill her

Bro is stupid
Use in demolition or escort to heal and revive teammates even without knowing how to play sniper 😄
I don't care if you hit your shots but please for the love of god use your damn skills to heal your teammates

If A2, play with team, your drone becomes way more powerful when everyone is together
do not help your team, instead run head first to an enemy baimo and try to 1v1 him
i mean theres a reason hes molecule no
set the stringify controls to hold instead of toggle so you instantly stingify after taking the shot as long as you hold down the stringify key
Stringified damaged
Ads speed
Charging speed
Mag capacity
i guess thats why im but a molecule player
athena as secondary, best gun to finish of an enemy thats one shot
i just never find it useful
If A3, give it to the duelist or anyone that can win a 1v1, or just the carry in general.
Oh yeah that's true, I just go braindead for those people who literally do not revive their teammates cuz they're busy tryna be cool and do call of duty quickscopes
most importantly, use the aimlab
do you noscope your enemies bro
only katana on kokona
heavy armor is good on kokona because your drone can heal armor (and you dont get onetapped by body shot kanami)
you cant hit head, you're dead
Drone can heal armor , its a better trick
if you already have charge speed its already charging fast enough atleast in my lobbies </3
If someone could help me with the change of "Roll" to get Nick with color. please!!
just be mindful of cooldown
she can revive with one tap, please remember it 😭
Res bait
they won't give you time man
i love noscope https://medal.tv/pl/games/strinova/clips/jmctEwdnVvNy2Cj7q?invite=cr-MSxUanMsMzExNTAxMjczLA
Oglądaj Strinova i miliony innych plików wideo Strinova na Medal, największej platformie z klipami do gier.
also never engage alone
they do...
kokona is a kill machine
Ads speed is the most important upgrade specifically for snipers, everyone else its bad. Sprint speed is the absolute worst upgrade across the board because you should be gliding whenever possible
oh
Paid actor
hey so sprint speed is something you should ever choose, its always faster to jump glide jump when getting places
kokona will always be flanked by duelists just for being the only agent to instantly revive a downed teammate and the ability to bring back a dead teammate
kickscope is good
ads speed is a must
lemme just delete my own stupidity rq
You shouldn't greed for kills on Kokona, since she's a supporting sniper she should only going for hit and runs, and your teammates will do the cleaning for you as you support from the back
Use the training range to practice aiming 😭
If someone could help me with the change of "Roll" to get Nick with color. please!!
its fine if your kills are only 3, 4, or whatever, if your assists are in double digits, you're good
body shots are viable, if you know you cant hit the headshot then settle for the body/leg shot
using kokona without ads speed feels like bo2 dsr50
Try to always play long range and take your time with your shots(so dont panic). If need be fall back and wait for your team when being pushed(because you are support and not god) and use your drone to support any low hp player or if A3 then use it on something who is going into combat because of the shield given from A3. Lastly, let your teammates know that you have ult so they can try to work with it.
do not aim for head instead aim for the legs because hypothetically the enemy will fall over ‼️
dont push even when the enemy are 1hp
The ult takes a lot of time to charge so be mindful of where the enemies are before using it
ult is destroyable
永遠用不到技能因為要用技能時隊友都死了
A3 mitigates all overflow damage
Kokona is a character you should pick because she restores our hearts.
push enemy when they have 1 hp
probably stay calm when aiming
oh and coordinate with your team for some insane plays when you get your ult, eg: let your duelists push in the early round to get fast picks / info, even if they die you can revive them

headshots arent really necessary but good if u can get them
premise is that you dont get flanked beforehand
and get good with ur secondary
always peek looking at the enemy and at head height, then aim fast to heads and shot if you fail cover and peek again as fast as the bolt action animation ends, do not hold aim for more than 1 second, never use shift aim, always have drone on you head before engaging in fight, if someone gets close hide behind a wall, put the drone in your head, pull out your katana and get ready for ambush.
Don't exit paper when peeking a scoped sniper opponent you will be shot
aka, watch out for fuchsia mains
When you cant hold that angel anymore, just back off
Kokona #1 pro tip: appreciate that gyatt (mountain biker skin)
kokona is a monster with a katana on its hands, just use the drone for passive heal and hide behind walls
bodyshoting and waiting to melee is also great
Kokona is suitable for shooting people for a long time
Kokona is faster than kanami
actually kokona can survive more on her own
there is no reason for you to not hit her first before she hits you
+she has heal, and armor regen on her Q
Low elo trick(joke)
Play flying Scoutsman to get your fundamentals right
tho kanami will absolutelly destroy anything if has good aim
ah number 1 rule, NEVER peek a kanami
If you have trouble hitting shots, then you'll want to choose the re-chambering speed upgrade, you get faster timing to retry for a kill shot you missed. It's good for battling multiple people vs you too, but you don't want to do that to begin with. If you feel confident in your aim, recharging speed upgrade is best.
Use heavy armor cause she has passive shield regen with drone, so you can tank heavier shots and more damage
Do not dieeeee
Main point of kokona: you're playing to support, round 1 you can insta down anyone, after that, you need 2 hits, so most of the time you'll be hitting to remove their armor and set them low while your teammates clean the rest up
Stay close to your team mates, use the skill before engage, always take cover.
Hide behind cover where you can peek over the top with 3P, find an enemy, then scope in to their approximate location and jump upwards (jumping with directional movement introduces camera movement so should not be done unless practiced) before shooting the enemy. If you miss or there are other enemies nearby, they won't have time to shoot you before you fall behind cover (unless they're camping you)
reiichi
Recommended Upgrades
Increase Chargeup speed. This is nice + increases ADS speed too
+Stringify damage. The scope can be nice for long ranges but also really annoying and detrimental when playing close.
+Armor Regen 2. Self explanatory
+Regen 2. Self explanatory
+regen shields + dmg reduction. yes.
Magazine Capacity + ADS speed. You need to scope in and hit those snipes fast
Try to always play long range if you can, and be mindful of your positioning and don't play close range if possible. Drone your teammates as much as you can, communicate that you can drone for them. Try to take your time with your shots, sometimes predict where the enemy is going. Don't let enemies get close to you, your advantage is long range (obviously..)
Definitely try aimlabs tracking excersises outside of the game if you can. They should help as sniping with her revolves around those.
Anyways those are my mediocre tips thx for reading
I've played Kokona a lot, and i can tell a few things:
You have chosen a support character. You have no support whatsoever if you keep your spells not used. Especially your ultimate can turn entire matches around. You can sit some situations out due to the fact that you can regenerate Armor and HP with Regen Armor and your Drone.
If you choose the Awakening 3 "Guardian" You can give a Teammate the Drone before he goes to confront/peek, so the Drone is hit before he is.
If you see teammates downed, remember well that you can revive them without having to stand there holding your Hand out: You have an instant revive, although the Revive Animation with the Drone will still play off.
Practice shooting quick. Your Sniper can shoot lot's faster than Kanamis. Don't think "I have to hit the head." If you hit two Body hits, with one of them Full charged, you still get a down. Better than whiffing two headshots without any gain. I've personally made the experience that just giving out 100 Damage shots even to two seperate people can win you a Round.
Practice your peeks. Jump out of cover to the right, use double jump to the left, shoot, and fall behind cover. Sniper is lots about peeking and about the way you position and yourself.
And, perhaps a sad reality for all sniper players: You are somewhat more reliant on your Teammates. Make sure that at least one person is holding your dead angles.
Regarding Grenade Load-outs: I think Interceptor and Frag Grenade or Interceptor and Tattle-tale work well. Tattle-tale for Info if you hold multiple Entrances, Interceptor to be able to hold your spot without being bombed by multiple frag grenades. Choose Frag Grenade perhaps only if there's other players utilising Tattle-tale or Interceptor, but I'd always bring my own!
On short range try to land a bodyshot with a quickscope, then switch to melee
Adjust mouse sensitivity for good balance of speed and precision
Tattletale is just too important for holding windy town a
This
No matter where you watch, there are atleast 1 entrance out of sight even when not scoped in
In long range fights, hits your shots. They don't have to be fast, just take your time and hit every shot.
But for close range, you better start pulling up that flamethrower and play like bai mo. You gotta get your damage numbers up after missing so many shots when the enemy that was once so far is now on your toes. Also use your skill whenever, and use your ult whenever you get the chance. Maybe bring frag to finish the knockdowns you somehow hit and interceptor to prevent frags and smokes from ruining where you're peaking at.
Switch between different scope magnifications to see enemy better at different ranges and adjust sensitivity for each zoom level for more precise shots at long ranges or faster aiming at closer ranges
spam headshot ez
cute Duck kokona skin will make you feel happy and improve your aim condition.
if you're peeking normally, line up your shot before you peek. if your angle is already being held by a DMR or sniper, try jump peeking
kokona skill is aoe right?
This character requires good aim and judgment in order to fight, so if you practice your aim, you'll get better at it if you keep fighting in matches.
- Her healing drone is a lot more powerful than you think. You can cast it before a fight for more survivability
- Don't forget her passive. You can tap downed teammates and have them revive automatically
- Don't stress too much on the headshots if you can't hit them yet. What's most important is you stay on Kokona instead of giving up and improve gradually. Body shots are a lot of damage already. Headshots will follow as your aim improves. (lower your sens)
Some tips based on what I noticed when playing Kokona or watching Kokonas:
I think its more important to JUST do damage with your gun than finishing or trying to get headshots. You have to play safe since I see a lot of players rushing Kokona-learn how to retreat. Please don't ult in the open.
It's also important to have map awareness since you are the best healer and reviver in your team. Also pay attention to their team comp since some agents like Meredith and Reiichi will try cutting your spots and it'll help you decide what Awaken to choose. Typically, you use A2 if you/your teammates like to bundle together, but A3 is also pretty good in general. FOR MORE INFO ABOUT HER ABILITIES, hold F1
As you play Kokona, I'm sure you'll get better with sniping and find out new strats, or play more aggressive. Additionally, The sniper is accurate whenever u jump shoot, so use it to your advantage.
As for upgrades, well I prefer charging speed(ISHOWSPEED?... sorry) since dmg is pretty good. AND Interceptor is typically a must whenever you play since enemies will often try to nade you.
Point and click adventure
DO NOT play aggressive on Kokona you will die
[How to Play with Kokona]
Mastering Kokona requires practice and understanding of her unique abilities. Here are some organized tips to help you:
- Learn the Basics
Shoot and Turn into Paper: After each shot, use her ability to transform into paper to make yourself harder to hit.
Manage Reload Time: Wait for the weapon to reload before attacking again. - Utilize Her Healing Abilities
Deploy the Healing Bot: Place the healing bot on yourself to ensure sustained survival during prolonged fights.
Use the Large Shield: This equipment helps you withstand more damage while healing or preparing your next move. - Practice Movement and Aim
Flicks and Precision Shots: Practice both fast and slow shots, focusing on accuracy above all.
Aerial Movement: Perform double jumps, shoot while airborne, and turn into paper as you descend. Quick and unpredictable movements are crucial to compensate for Kokona's low mobility. - Combat Techniques
Charging Your Shot: Always charge your main shot before attempting a headshot (HS). This minimizes the chances of leaving enemies with 1 HP.
Strategic Movement: Combine jumping, shooting, and transforming to avoid enemy attacks while dealing damage effectively. - Constant Practice
The best way to learn how to play Kokona is by spending time practicing her unique playstyle. Master her reload timings, improve your aim, and hone your movement skills to excel.
Move smart, aim sharp, and leverage her healing abilities to secure victories!
I love kokona and I hope she gets in dormitory as fast as possible.
With Kokona, just train your aim first before getting into a match(there is a firing range so use it) as much as possible do not engage in short range fights especially in Demo matches do not face an enemy without someone stopping the enemy from advancing to your position.
Remember that you are a support and a sniper make sure to land body shots if your not capable of knocking them with a headshot, these body shots would support your frontline.
If you must choose an awakening and you know you are often targeted by an enemy DMR or Kanami get the awakening 3 this will shield you one time on fatal damages.
and make sure when you rotate and you saw a downed ally make sure to approach and revive them.
Please make sure to only pick Kokona if you are able to shoulder being a sniper and a support.
on gun upgrades there is also the firing range to test which upgrades suits your style.
I don't know but a lot of snipers doesn't do this much which is why they get killed always look at your map and use tacticals like tattletale as much as possible or interceptor to not get flashbang-ed or smoked, or just shot on your flank
Last reminder just enjoy the game no need to be harsh on yourself.
well this is what i have observed when i watched the good players i know
For me, Kokona is a very powerful support, only good when your far, and also the reason why shes using a 50. Caliber sniper, That shit a railgun, Full charged you can kill anyone on a headshot, When your up to an enemy really close, uh... Try to kill the guy with a secondary, A2 and A3 are good, A3 if you know what your doing, A2 if you want to be a real support, That Q skill can reach far, Use Ult CAREFULLY, it takes a long time to revive somebody and you need to know a good place to revive that person, because they can be SPAWN CAMPED. anyway. Just aim and your good
(Despite my name being a Bai mo Glazer, i play kokona purely when i want to be funny)

Your Kokona 101 guide
1. Introduction
- Kokona with ADS upgrade is faster than Kanami with ADS upgrade, making snap-shots easier.
- She slightly falls behind Kanami in terms of damage, making headshots more important/worth the effort than Kanami where she has explosive damage.
- She can heal herself and teammates HP and Armor, making Heavy Armor upgrade more appealing when you have a Kokona in your team.
- Her Ult revives 1 player from the dead.
- You do not have to hold F to res a teammate, only need to press F once and you can move on while a healing drone will do the rest on res-ing a downed teammate.
2. Awakening
- Awakening 1: Increases healing and HP
- Awakening 2: Heals multiple players nearby the person you place your healing drone. Good for general support healing.
- Awakening 3: Heals and also blocks damage for the person you place your healing drone. Comes in clutch when you place it on yourself in Sniper vs Sniper duels since it can tank a hit for you. Good for games with a Kanami on the other team.
3. Counters
- You can shoot down the healing drone flying above players easily with your gun, denying them healing or damage absorption.
- During her ult revival, you can shoot at the reviving hologram/her ult, denying the revival of the enemy player.
- Usually can tank one or two non-fully-charged body shots from her since her damage is lower than Kanami, allowing for some plays to take her down.
4. Finally
- Enjoy using her✿
- Kokonya is cute~
Yeah, but if you hold spot alone you sorts of do have a big issue anyway
Get close and use ur sniper like shotgun 🤧
ON PORT EULER, IF THERES A KANAMI ON EMEMY TEAM U MUST INITIATE A 1V1 ON WHO WILL KILL EACH OTHER FIRST
Kokona's awakening 3 is extremely good on characters that entry like Ming
She snipe and heal and isn’t afraid of anything
just get good
best tip ever: play more aimlabs and shoot straight 👍
tip for kokona player : REVIVE ME ALREADY
Simply best character to support that can tap your knocked allies and do drone revive ((please, tap your knocked down allies))
revive your downed teammates as much as possible! make use of your one tap revive
im not against kokona as i against kanami pickers
because this agent little bit more forgiving because u could sustain damage
Aim and heal
[Disclaimer: TDM Enjoyer here]
I'm only Challenge rank Diamond V (recent rank up), so feel free to take or ignore my advice, as it's mostly what served me well.
- If you're prone to panicking at the last second, the biggest fix is ensuring your mind remains calm so you can then learn to commit to the shots. Stop breathing to force your heart to beat slower. Though, if you've got very good intuition, second-guessing can also help you in a pinch.
If you further improve, you'll be able to do some shots that are prolly wizardry.
-
For game modes where you do have your ult, it'll be different between matches but remember that the revive process will take more time than you'd think. Make sure it's a spot where your teammate is able to grab the current situation (don't trust their eyes are on you at all times).
-
As a general tip, being able to coordinate with your team will help you far more than soloing will.
When it comes to a mode like TDM, you WILL be surrounded at some point. At best, you kill more than you die - even better when you help your ally before you go down.
- If you're the enemy's priority, knowing how to dodge & use the game's mechanics (along with knowing your hitboxes for reloading) for said dodging will go a very long way.
The moment you know your opponent's shooting habits is the moment you will win. Unless you're caught lacking.
- In TDM, generally you'll fare well with a katana so long as you know how to dodge bullets. If the enemy is charging at you and you managed to land a shot with your sniper rifle, your odds of a kill are almost guaranteed so long as you aren't caught by others.
Never take the switch scope. Learn to use to the basic scope. Distance doesn't matter once you get the hang of it.
- Don't put the blame on things you can't control. If blame is to be placed, it must be done with a clear mind.
Reading up on Epictetus, Seneca, and Marcus Aurelius' works can be rather helpful in that it is fine to feel emotion - rather, it is the excess of emotion that leads to a clouded mind (and thus resulting in poorer judgement & decision making). In social environments, this will more often than not damage the team's performance.
In other words: It is not your fault that you feel emotions. You are human. What is within your control is how you react to said emotions. Were your failures caused by issues beyond you control (high ping, FPS drop, et cetera)? Brush it aside & let your team know of the issue.
Honing your discipline, judgement, and reaction to the situation is the difference between winning and losing. Be a team player - you're the support.
If you need to be passive and just poke, so be it.
If you need to be aggressive and kill as many enemies as possible, so be it.
If support means carry the team, then accept the burden. It's time for you to step out of that comfort zone. It may not be the hand you'd like to be dealt but let it be the hand you did your best with.
Just know that so long as your teammates are alive you aren't in this alone. You were given the tools to speak to your team. USE THEM.
||(You might need meat shields to buy time anyway lmao)||
Remember: A calm mind means cleaner kills - for you and your team.
Let’s dive into Kokona, the sniper support! Here’s a brief rundown of the key points, I think, that are most important for her to have a good time!
—
Why Play Kokona?
Kokona is the ultimate teammate. Sure, she’s a sniper, but she’s also a walking medbay thanks to her handy drone. If you’re someone who enjoys supporting your squad while picking off enemies from a distance, Kokona has your name written all over her.
Pro Tip: If you’re a lone wolf, Kokona might not vibe with your style. She’s at her best when she’s got teammates to back up and heal.
—
Tips for Playing Kokona:
1. Teamwork is Your Superpower
Kokona’s skillset is built for team synergy. The drone heals, provides assists, and helps you stay alive while keeping your allies in top shape. If you’re running around ignoring your team, you’re kind of missing the point. Stick with them, heal them, and support their playstyles.
Helpful Thought: Kokona isn’t just about the kills—she’s about the vibes. Prioritize supporting your allies over chasing personal glory.
2. Know the Drone
Her drone is the star of the show. It heals Kokona and allies, regardless of where it’s attached. This makes it perfect for patching up your squad during firefights or topping off your health from a safe distance.
Pro Tip: Be mindful of who you stick the drone on. If someone has self-sustain like Fuchsia, save the drone for someone who actually needs it. And never let it go unused—an idle drone is a wasted opportunity.
3. Secondary Weapons Matter, and so do Tactical Items
As a sniper, Kokona excels at long-range engagements, but you need a strong secondary weapon and useful items for those inevitable close-range encounters. The Stinger and Ignis are fantastic choices, but the most important thing is finding a weapon that fits your style. Test different options in practice modes and see what feels natural.
For tactical items, get something that helps you out of stressful situations. Like a slow grenade, a flashbang, tattletale or the interceptor.
Funny Thought: Think of the secondary weapon and the items as your “get off me” button. When enemies get too close, you’ll be glad you have it.
4. Embrace the Support Role
Kills are fun, but Kokona’s real strength is in helping her team shine. Be strategic with your positioning and always look for opportunities to heal and assist. Her sniper experience is satisfying, but don’t neglect her supportive potential.
Motivational Reminder: You’re the unsung hero. Your teammates may not always notice your contributions, but they’ll feel it when you’re not there.
5. Relax and Have Fun
At the end of the day, Strinova is just a game. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Everyone has bad matches, and no one’s keeping track of how many assists or kills you’ve got. Focus on having a good time and enjoying Kokona’s unique playstyle.
Pro Tip: Laugh off mistakes and keep the mood light. A happy Kokona player is a better Kokona player!
Why Kokona is Special
Kokona offers a refreshing balance between high-skill sniping and meaningful team support. Whether you’re healing allies in Deathmatch or picking off threats from a distance, she’s a versatile character that brings value to any game mode.
By prioritizing teamwork, mastering her drone, and staying calm under pressure, you’ll be on your way to becoming a Kokona pro. So gear up, find your favorite secondary weapon, and make your mark as the supportive sniper your team didn’t know they needed!
-# Hope this helps anyone. I am not a pro, really. But I have been playing support for years and found quite the character in her!
Kokona Overview & Secondary Weapon Choices
Role: Kokona is a Defender from PUS
She wields a sniper rifle that charges faster than Kanami's, making her a versatile character for long-range engagements. When selecting a secondary weapon, consider what suits your playstyle and addresses specific situations, particularly when you're under pressure and miss your initial shot.
Secondary Weapon Options:
- Athena: Ideal if you can land precise and powerful shots. This packs a punch and rewards accuracy.
- Stinger: A balanced option with medium damage. However, it requires decent accuracy due to its medium-to-high difficulty of use.
- Flamethrower: Best for players who lack consistent accuracy. It compensates with a high rate of attack and area control.
- Sword: A niche choice. While it's less effective for Kokona, some players might find creative ways to utilize it.
Kokona's Base Kit
Signature Ability: Kokona can deploy a drone to revive a downed teammate, an ability underutilized by many players. (AKA my games)
- Revive Bonus: Teammates revived by Kokona’s drone reportedly return with 100 HP, compared to the 50 HP provided by others.
- Ultimate Ability: Kokona’s ult revives one dead teammate. This is invaluable, offering:
- An extra pair of eyes.
- Additional firepower.
- A "meat shield" to tip the balance in your favor.
Her ultimate costs 7 points, so prioritize objectives like defusing or fully eliminating knocked enemies to maximize its value.
Positioning: Kokona excels on maps with long sightlines, such as:
A Site in Space Lab.
Mid Area in Area 88.
Awakenings
- A1 (Base Awakening): Automatically unlocked and essential for Kokona’s kit.
- A2 (Healing Drone Upgrade): The drone provides AoE healing. While useful, it may not always be optimal during retakes, as pushing in one area can make your team vulnerable. Use this when coordinating tight pushes.
- A3 (Damage Absorption Drone): A better option in most scenarios. It absorbs damage, catching enemies off guard and shifting the fight in your favor by wasting their bullets on the drone.
Orange String Energy Network
For Kokona’s Energy Network, prioritize:
Armor Regeneration
HP Regeneration
These provide long-term sustainability over situational one-time healing.
Basically just hit CTRL like your life depends on it
If you are from CSGO, think of snipers, (especially kokona's) as the scout. If from Val, the Marshall. Practice headshot placement
Kokona, for those who have not used her yet, she is a support with healing in her kit and she uses a sniper for her arsenal.
Support
This healer has hp and armor regen so taking her in secluded spots where she can support allies without getting her harmed is a great way to utilize her healing abilities while being able to-
Snipe enemies without them seeing you in an instant.
Her sniping capabilities are really strong that it can up to -300 you in an instant even from a great distance making her a really deadly character specially for players who main sniping characters in shooting games.
REMEMBER: Only Snipers can 1 shot knock-down/eliminate in this game making you VERY DEADLY and impactful
Personal Load Out:
(Fast Tempo/Aggressive Playstyle)
Sprint Speed
-for fast reposition
Light Regen Armor
-you'll most likely be poked from far away, you already have base self healing as her passive it would be great to have regening armor as well
Increase Charging Speed
-agility is strong in this game so having your charge always ready let you shoot your heavy damage faster
DMG Reduc
-you already have Sprint Speed you'll need survivability
Switch Scope and Stringified Damage are interchangable
-Switch Scope for maps that are big and Stringified Damage for maps that are small or has a lot of corridors
First Aid HP+50 and ArmorRegen +2/s
-since Awaken 2 let's you regen all nearby allies a quick heal and small armor regen would be grate to get back in combat fast
TIP
Never under estimate the power of your sidesteps. If you ever get caught in an open area, you can stall your survivability until an enemy is reloading to quickly one tap them. Also works when dueling against other sniping characters such as Kanami and Reiichi.
Train your reflex as much as you can so you'll bw able to shoot at enemies a lot faster, also remember that Kokona is a healer so use the drone to help your teammates and recover their health
Revive your teammate asap
Kokona's Tutorial:
- check if there is "Alicx" in your team.
- if "yes" => dont pick her. if "no" do what you want
- that's it
Sooo Kokona tut from a certified Kokona enjoyer:
-
Absolutely above anything TRAIN YOUR AIM like ur playing sniper so aim is THE most important thing. Also. When someone rushes u dont scope in. Just no scope him or use secondary.
-
Use your drones. Your sniper rifle isnt your ability. Your ability is a goddamn drone so use it.
-
Heavy shields are your best friend. The drone heals shields. Buy heavy. Makes u more survivable.
-
Use your secondary weapon. Sniper rifle isnt the only weapon you have.
-
Use your ultimate as soon as someone dies unless its you that died. After all 5v5 or if you all get lucky 5v4 is much more manageable than 4v5 or 4v4
Yes pls. Teach me how to get a shot as kokona
And can you pin the advice posts in the chat room?
If you have ult, play far. Your healing bot does AOE heal as well as long as everyone stay close together
Aim, and stay near my teammates.
REMEMBER THAT SHE’S A SUPPORT CHARACTER, NOT ASSAULT
Her revives let her just activate it and walk away, while also reviving them at 100 hp rather than the normal 50
If you played Overwatch, the drone is your Zenyatta orb, ALWAYS HAVE IT ON SOMEONE. A UNUSED DRONE IS A WASTED DRONE (ITS FREE HEALS/PROTECTION)
Ps. You can use your drone not just on your teammates, but also on yourself by using the alt-fire key (good for when solo)
Please please PLEASE use you drone on someone other than yourself youre a support please support your teamates
Put your heal drone on someone good on your team. Probably best on the top duelist on the team. And revive them when they are down when your ult is ready. If you miss your snipes, just use emberspit in close combat and you can get some good kills.
Shoot then stringify and then shoot then stringified like ur life depends on it.. and also dont forget to heal - heal others = free assist.. also when u get ur ult tell ur teammate to rush and say u can revive them if they are eleminated ez
Aim for the body because you know you are not good enough to hit those tiny headshots.
.
ur team going together pick the 2nd upgrade
u have someone carry u pick 3th for them or for yourself cause your team suck
On some maps you can take a advantageous pushed up position and then reposition/retreat after you take the first shot.
On demolition maps, you need to know the advantageous positions, but know when to move around. Especially when fights are starting around you and be able to support your team, don't be too separated at the start, as being too far from one side might force you to rush to one side and be forced to react.
,😁
always be prepared to run, constantly check map for enemies near, revive down allies when area is clear or if enemies not pushing, practice your aim flicking shots because kokona is a damn sniper. make use of your secondary weapon. dont even try to go for a kill when enemies pushing you, just run to your allies. know your distance, and most importantly, have some confidence in yourself.
Play rat Kokona
Your ult can be shot down so it cancels the revive. Be sure to be a good teammate and be in a safe place when bringing somebody back. Your drone has AoE healing.
Drag scope against wall or hardscope get better pc snipe more
Hit. Your. Shots. Thats all
What I love to do is just jump shooting my enemies. You all need to remember that You are fully accurate mid air.
I love to jump peek a angle mid air with fully charged shoot (charge speed upgrade works best with this), shoot and then un-scope and quickly jump into safety.
Hi
Kinda basic ig but maybe new players need it. The abilities description (in-game) is already very clear
be sure to have a sort cooldown weapon in your secondary slot like stinger. you also dont have to charge your shots to full way all the time
this... ads to load your shot is not fun.. just scope and shoot will be better in my opinion... no chargeup time

I want to pick [Kokacola], 1205 matches, 1.53% win rate
When it comes to koko you should prob remember 3 things
She a PUS agent: Koko can’t always be hella aggressive that’s the whole reason why she’s on the defensive team. You’re job is to not just hold down a site but provide your drones and ult to stall out bombs being planted or provide continuous chip till you got a win
Her drones and ult you got to use: Her drones in some specializations provides shield which in màny cases just provides leeway. Your ult on the other hand is what makes Kokona unique. You get to revive someone. My only thing is remember they can shoot who is being revived and will die so revive at least behind a wall or somewhere they won’t die.
Remember you have a secondary: there’s no shame in using your secondary. If you can’t shoot em up close then just use your secondary. At the end of the day you’re playing for a win not an ego clip
My build is just a good old
Light regen
Inc charging speed
String movement
String damage
Armor regen
And first aid but it can depend on what the enemy is going
Kokona with a sword is surprisingly good. If you have your heal placed on you, and your quiet enough. They're not gonna win
Here's a few maybe lesser known tips:
- Note that ADS speed on Kokona is vital in order to make quickscopes viable!
- Wait for the red dot in the scope to appear before shooting
- You will always have 100% accuracy with your shots, as long as you wait for the red dot in the scope to appear
- set paper mode to hold, so you can scope in, shoot, and immediately return to paper mode after each shot
- you are invincible against a Kanami headshot if you have a healing drone with A3, destroy those Kanami mains!
That's all, hope you enjoyed these tips lol
Kokona's drone can heal through walls with a range of 15m AOE. If placed on another person there is an indicator showing if you are in range or not
Since your ult revives a teammate at your location you can setup a flank revive to retake bomb site
To hit stringified targets easier, aim for where they hold their gun/torso area, it has a bigger hitbox to hit for some damage
her sniper isnt as strong as kanamis unless you hit a headshot, so i suggest going for quick snipe body shots. another thing about kokona is that she can tap rez a knocked ally, so if you see someone knocked, give them a small tap rez since you dont need to be there to hold it. use her ult to gain numbers in a fight, if its a 2v2 make that a 2v3.
Kokona is a support agent, specialized in healing and providing tactical support to the team. To successfully play her, the following strategies can be considered:
Skills and Strategic Use:
Healing Drone: Kokona deploys a drone that restores an ally's armor and heals all nearby teammates. She uses this ability at critical moments to keep the team in combat.
Ultimate Ability: She can revive a fallen teammate to keep them fighting.
Play Tips:
Positioning: Stay in the backline, ensuring you can access all team members to provide healing when needed.
Skill Management: Manage your support skills efficiently, using them at key moments to maximize their impact on the team.
Communication: Coordinate with your team to synchronize your support skills with the group's offensive and defensive strategies.
tap rez pls

Kokona Strats and Tricks
About Kokona and understanding her Kit and playstyle
Kokona is a Bolt Action Sniper which is a high-risk, high return weapon.
It will be good to consider Athena, Ignis, Emberspit as her secondary weapon (Applicable to all Bolt-snipers)
Skills
Passive Skill: First Aid - While out of combat, Kokona regenerates her HP. Also, Kokona can deploy a drone to revive downed teammates which allows her to provide cover fire while the teammate is being revived. (Big Advantage if utilized properly)
(Q) Healing Drone - Deploys the Healing Drone to the target ally, or yourself to provide AoE HP Healing to the target and nearby allies. Can be further improved with her Awaken 2, which will be discussed later.
(X) Reconstruction - Allows you to revive a dead ally at your location. Keep in mind that this takes time to be completely cast. So, it's best use case is to find a safe place and secure that there's no nearby enemies. Hold X and click the teammate you want to revive.
Upgrades
I recommend getting Increase Charging speed for 1st round instead of +ADS Speed as Bolt Action Snipers can do 1 shot kill on body at full charge.
How??? At Full charge, body shot deals 154 Damage, and since it's first round, everyone has (100HP+40SP = 140), which means you can knock them in 1 body shot.
The next choices are pretty much based on your preference, though for me, my choices are as follows:
Heavy Armor, Armor Regen +2/s, +ADS Speed, Magazine Capacity (This unlocks her Guardian skill addition)
Followed by Stringified Damage Reduction, First Aid HP, +Stringified Damage (You can also choose switch scope if you prefer it)
Additional Skills
First, we have Guardian (Awaken 3)
While Healing Drone (Q) is deployed, it absorbs up to 50 points of "projectile" damage. This is only effective for the agent being rejuvenated by the Healing Drone.
Best use case is if you or your teammate wants to have a little more headroom for tanking damage.
Then, we have Lifesaver (Awaken 2)
This allows the Healing Drone to have AoE Armor Restoration to allied agents close to the one being rejuvenated by the Healing Drone.
Best use case is for better team play, just keep in mind that sticking close together makes your team prone to getting wiped by spam nading.
Now, what trait do you need to play Kokona?
-
Be confident - Sniper players need to be confident with their aim (trust yourself that you can hit your shots mindset)
-
Always check your teammates positioning - Kokona is a support agent, so while being a high-risk high return weapon, you also need to constantly read the situation and positioning of your teammates to provide immediate support when needed.
-
Headshot Pre-aim - This is very important for Sniper Players in Strinova. As the 2nd or 3rd round starts, there's no more 1 hit body shot (full charge). So, you need to be consistent on aiming at the head.
How do you get those traits?
-
Use aim trainers - in my case, I use AimLab. Gridshot, Strafe Track, Spider Shot, Motion Shot. These 4 are very essential for basic training and can improve your aim and confidence in a short amount of time. Try giving it 1 month with 1-2 hours per day of playing in Aim Lab, and you'll see the difference. (Make sure to set the sensitivity as close to yours in Strinova)
-
Never doubt yourself - have a mindset of (I'm better than anyone on the opponent side) IN A POSITIVE APPROACH. This will improve your confidence and will allow you to think of different approaches to deal with the enemy team.
-
Communicate with the team - you're not playing solo, so communicate with your team, what's your plan, or what's their plan, and execute it. This allows you to provide better support to your team as Kokona.

bring ninjato with kokona because she kinda rocks it 😁
just play like its awp in csgo and dont revive teamates. 1v5 them all :0
tips from me: always see your team mate health while rush enemies, keep track to surrounding, always help your team mates first and finally keep practice to snipe although she suppose to be support
dont ever pick her
you will never hit easy shots, always do flicks and do impossible shots (its working somehow)

Despite my rank being Substance II, I have gathered a few tips and tricks to help you attain MVP
** 1.** Stay within a reasonable (and visible) distance to your teammates. They'll appreciate your drones;
** 2.** Be prepared to rotate to assist your teammates accordingly. Kokona is a support character, so utilize her unique skills to your advantage;
** 3.** Practice quick shots. Those will help you react to difficult situations in a short amount of time;
** 4.** Use the training ground to your advantage. Your teammates will expect you to neutralize moving targets from varying distances, and it's best to ensure you're ready to take on anything anywhere;
** 5.** Make sure to utilize your secondary weapon at appropriate times;
** 6.** Second-round shield. Make sure to get shield on the second or third round. As both a support and a sniper, you will be under heavy fire by the opposing team, and the extra shield will help mitigate difficult situations;
** 7.** Make sure to use your ult skill in a safe location, but close enough where your teammate can return to join the fight in a short amount of time;
** 8.** Use your tactical items only when necessary. You never know when an extra smoke grenade will come in handy;
** 9.** Kokona's best upgrades are Charging Speed, Stringified Damage Reduction, Heavy Armor, and ADS Speed;
** 10.** Have fun!
Just remember that this is a very silly game, so get creative with your plays, and mix things up a bit!
Hope this info helps, and good luck out there fellow Kokona enjoyers!

NEW TECH DISCOVERED 🗣️ 💯
Ah yea the infamous ult boost
If you already understand the basics of kokona, here are some tips that i would suggest for higher level plays (would make a longer chat but not now lmao)
- After losing the first round, go buy rechambering / charging speed considering you have ads speed (i prefer rechambering). Keep ads speed to do quickscopes when necessary
- Jump shoot is usually the way to go, it can charge your shots while rendering you hard to shoot
- Learn to do a quick scope peek, kills sitting duck enemy sniper in the least amount of time
- For jumpshoots, know when you need to track and flick, comes with experience
- Sniping the hand of a sidestepping enemy is so much easier than headshotting, do it more
- Aside bringing interceptor, bringing smoke is actually a pretty valid option since you can use it for reposition, defuse, and even rez a teammate in danger
You can dm me to learn some techs is you want, prob gonna make a longer guide later
just keep sidesteping after shooting
Heal or Rez, and learn how to snipe
I have advice for those of you who just want to learn to use KOKONA
- I don't recommend that those of you who are new to using Kokona don't use the epic free skin for their weapons. I would rather suggest that you use a skin that has lines on the scope like the rare skin, these lines will be very helpful for new players who want to use a sniper because It helps you measure the possible distance where the enemy's head is
i hope i can get u guys a photo to giving example for it but sorry
so basically her skin is pay to lose now
For the love of all things holy use your revive when it's up and not just hold it like its priceless. The tempo swing I revive can do can turn a even trade into an advantage for your team.
Please note, do not revive a team mate if they killed a bunch of your squad and your team killed none.

Just relax, dont stress, dont panic mid game otherwise say goodbye to your aim!
hit every shoots
It's simple. Just aim like S1mple!
make sure you have enough space when you res or this will happen
As with other snipers, aligning crosshair with head level helps when in ads mode you only have to move a bit left/right. Also jump peeking and then jumping back to cover is pretty useful. Finally revive early and safely in a round and just practise different types of shots in training range.
If your holding a site by yourself sometimes it best to hold a point ahead so you can recon for your team, take a quick shot and back out. That way your team will come help you before your site gets overwhelmed. Also it's very helpful to learn how to do flick shots and quickscopes so you can push in with your team and not be limited to the back line. Also you can punish obvious flankers easily if you get good at flicking. Deathmatch or some reflex based aim training is good for this. Also aim in paper and only ads when your locked on, it'll make you live longer. Lastly your at a disadvantage vs Kanami on the earlier rounds but at an advantage when you get your awakenings.
not all of them are like that, only some of her weapon skins, so when you say it pay to lose, that's not true
Kokona is an exceptional character with her being one of the snipers in the game. Talking about Kokona, she is a very laid-back person and a very cheerful person. She likes to make jokes in the battlefield given from her voice lines, "Oops, pardon me" whenever she downs an enemy or "Done!" which tickles my funny bone.
In regards to her kit, Kokona is focused on supporting her teammates, hence, why she has the support role in the game. Her passive, First Aid, also known as, "Tap me! Tap me!" can revive/rescue an ally using her drone; thus, Kokona being able to defend while the drone revives the ally. Also, her passive can slowly restore Kokona's HP when not taking damage. Her skill, Healing Drone restores the target's armor (including Kokona if applied on self) and also restores HP for the friendly units around the target. Lastly, her Ultimate, Reconstruction is a revive for a deceased ally.
Now, in playing Kokona, you can switch between playstyles because of your "Awakens", generally, there are two ways to play Kokona: Passively or Aggressively. Passively, you play by your team with Awaken 2 for the Armor regeneration near you whenever you cast the drone on yourself. Aggressively, utilizing Awaken 3, the drone casted can block enemy projectiles, but be wary that the drone has 50 health. Though, why aggressive? A sniper from the enemy team cannot one shot you just because of the drone. It's not just one shot, one fully charged shot, take Kanami for example, having almost 500 for fully charged shot headshot, and once hit as a Kokona with Awaken 3 and a Regenerative or Heavy Armor, I can guarantee, it cannot one hit, it's an extra life.
In playing snipers, there are many ways to play, but since I am reaching the amount of text I can put, I'll just explain how I play sniper. How I play sniper is gacha. I don't play for good positioning, I play for risky positioning resulting for risky shots and not consistent.
look around maps and see where kokona will have good positions and have advantage over the enemy team 😃
Heal yourself when you're at full hp while your team run circles around you with 1hp.

Beware of Galatea materializing from behind. Even if you see her stuck to the wall, if you are not quick with aiming, you are done for.
I really like comboing Kokona with Flavia bc the heal drone keeps her in the fight WAY longer!
hi
If things go wrong, you can say sorry to everyone. This will help your team to continue strong.
try and hit head shots and dont forgot you are a support. Use your heals.
body shots have more impact, even if it might mean youre not the one getting kills. if you do go for headshots, slow it down and make sure it connects because the ttk in this game allows snipers to take longer to aim.
and yes, please use your heals
Don't miss and carry katana
Kokona is a support character with powerful healing and revival abilities, combined with the precision of a sniper, making her a key asset in battles.
Healing Drone (Active): Deploys a drone to heal a target and nearby allies (5 HP/sec for 30 seconds).
First Aid (Passive): Regenerates health (2 HP/sec) out of combat and sends a drone to help when reviving an ally.
Reconstruction (Ultimate): Revives a fallen teammate at her location.
Playstyle Tips:
Stay in the backlines for safety.
Use the Healing Drone early in team fights.
Position carefully to balance healing and sniping roles.
Kokona excels at supporting her team and dealing precise damage—perfect for players who enjoy a mix of roles.
Turn off mouse smoothing.
Everyone already gave good strats so I'm not sure what I could add myself lol
Just don't miss I guess
Maybe try lowering your sensitivity to make finer adjustments in aim much easier
Aside from getting confident in hitting your shots regardless of what kind of movement you do.
Get comfortable looking at your mini map frequently. Keeping in mind where every enemy is. Will mentally help your crosshair placement and better be able to focus on aiming while being aware.
Smoke bomb for da res!
I think the sniper in this game has a lot of potential, especially since it's a third-person shooter game. You can gather enemy info from a safe position in advance, although you'll still need to have good accuracy.(I didn't get the skin so i want it
Kokona works as a support best in case of defense. Specially reviving and healing so it is best to hold onto sites all the time rather than pushing or flanking (some people do that). Keep track of allies' hitpoints/ or they are knocked or they are dead cause in worst cases reviving a teammate might just increase the win chances. In case of sniping you can always use a red dot cross hair and remove the outer crosshairs then u can do close ranges too with this if you are in paper mode constanly. Practice is key in the end to do that. Always take the pistol instead of uzi/flamethrower cause it is the most convenient weapon for her to do close ranges. Also, use her awakening two because it supports the allies' more. Awakening 3 finishes too soon and might keep the ally in danger too soon. Armour is better all the time you know. That's all.
Body shots, namely upper torso, are very much sufficient; Aiming for the upper torso is ideal for starting off as it deals good damage. The upper torso being the largest horizontal hitbox, and close enough to the head, will allow those occasional headshots.
I'd personally rather get consistent body shots than inconsistent headshots (from a Kokona/sniper onetrick PoV)
Take aim, pray, and pull the trigger.
Pray is the key yes, you wouldnt know when you would hit those seemingly impossible headshots
get headshot everytime
(At least in my experience) Stringify can be pretty risky business because there's just enough time for the enemy to land enough damage when you go from stringified to unstringified. Especially when facing characters like Fragrans.
The best options you have, then, is:
- Don't use stringify
To make every shot count
- Stringify
To minimize damage taken and disengage the enemy
Judging how much damage you'll take is key.
While you do have the drone, it shouldn't be a crutch (especially for demolition).
For me, Kokona is one of the best supports right now, because she can heal her team with her passive and active skills. But her best ability is that she can revive teammates, I think this is one of the best ultimate abilities in this game. But on the other hand, she has a long-range sniper weapon. I don't think her sniper weapon can kill someone with one shot, unless she can shoot it in the head. So, she needs a secondary weapon with a short range and fast enough to kill someone at close range. That's right, the best secondary weapon for Kokona is the Short-barrel shotgun Ignis. We all know that a shotgun is a deadly weapon that can kill enemies at close range instantly. By using the Short-barrel shotgun Ignis, she can cover her weakness as a sniper, which is killing enemies at close range. Last but not least, even though I said she is one of the best supports because of her ultimate skill, she is not an easy character to use for beginner players. That's all my insight, Thankyou.
hi
Pls dont forget to use kokona revive ult even when yr teammates tells you its right there and you're in a safe spot but you somehow forget : )
kokona cute :D (also stringify when rechambering)
also i like the ninjato as secondary because it can easily hit stringified ppl in close range
Hell yea

Kokona is one of the best characters to play with your friends. Her drone skill, which can heal and replenish armor, can greatly help both her and her allies. The ultimate skill allows you to resurrect a fallen ally, which can greatly increase the chances of victory. Her main weapon is a sniper rifle. It blows your head off with 1 shot, if you know how to play long-range combat, then you definitely need to try to play as a cocoon. When I first saw this character, I immediately wanted to play and have fun with my friends.
My submission for the Kokona Guide Spotlight!
https://youtu.be/pht4XWvwZ7Y
So you want to play Kokona... This should be a good starting point for those looking to try out Kokona! In this video I go over the statistics of Quasar, Kokona's awakenings, and give a little push on how you might be able to improve your aim.
If you'd like a proper guide on how to aim, here are some other videos you can watch! It's probably be...
I have a video for the Kokona Spotlight as well!
Strinova is a shooter with shooting mechanics that feel fast paced like overwatch or marvel rivals, but a main mode that feels like valorant or counterstrike. The big twist is that anyone can turn into paper at any time. This makes sniping kinda hard sometimes, but these are the tips and tricks I'm using to handle it at the moment.
Intro song:...
Interesting facts about Kokona:
- Snipers can hit targets while jumping, as long as they are in their crosshairs. This is true for both Kokona and Kanami.
- Kokona's drone can be shot down, preventing the enemy from healing.
- Kokona is the smallest and cutest of the two characters!
Kokona well uhh.. sure (^-^)
Kokona is a sniper, probably. =.=
Upgrades? honestly everyone has their own playstyle, anything would be good, but here is why i choose some of them over something else ( ̄︶ ̄)↗
Stringified damage instead of 4x scope, as it lets you maneuver your crosshair better and have more vision with the lower magnification,
as well as give some bonus damage to those annoying papers rushing you.
Ads speed instead of sprint, Beacuse you can abuse stringification and do quickscopes, you can also just glide away anyway. (✿◡‿◡)
Charging speed instead of rechambering speed, it's good for stringified opponents, and gives a slight ADS boost as well . o( ̄︶ ̄)o
and at last mag capacity, you have enough shots to ace without reloading, it won't kill you to just reload when you're regenerating hp with Kokona's passive. ̄へ ̄
shield? regen. you are already regenerating hp out of combat, why not regen shield in the meantime too? ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Stringification movement speed for faster gliding, okie? (✿◕‿◕✿)
ah awakenings right? uh.. first thing you need to see is if your teammates fight together, if yes, the extra armor as well as regenerating multiple targets at once...
sounds good doesn't it? (¬‿¬)
But if you solo queue, or your teammates split up a lot, go for the shielding one. ◑﹏◐
secondary? easy flamespitter, Jump around and cook them alive if you don't have any options left, tho with good aim Quasar may be used on close range too,
i just don't recommend newer players to do this. "Who let this Kokona cook?" ( ̄y▽, ̄)╭
For the Throwables, pick a tattletale so you don't have to focus on multiple enterances at once, for the other one pick slow, Interceptor,
or Heal (if you use heal try to get as much value from it, mostly on your teammates, and mostly on multiple of them) it might seem stupid at first,
but i tried and it's actually effective ✪ ω ✪
Okay.. you're all set, so now a few things you need to remember so you don't graze your pretty face in enemy bullets. <(^-^)>
Abuse stringification, an enemy will have a hard time hitting you, also you can just do a 0,3 second quickscope and they're downed anyway. (^◕.◕^)
REMEMBER that your crosshair and scope are not in the same spots, aim a little to the right when not scoped >﹏<
Third person camera can also come in clutch as Quasar [Kokona's weapon (Kanami can also do this)] has amazing accuracy even midair, just make sure not to move sideways.
Look for enemies with third person, pre-aim, jump, shoot. (Don't jump multiple times in the same spot, they will expect it) (^._.^)ノ
May your enemies in future games have huge foreheads for those lovely snipes. Good luck, tho you won't even need it with my guide (✿◕‿◕✿)
