私は主に公式とコミュニティトーナメント戦やったいるので、私のコーチングはトップクラスのランクゲームにはあまり役に立たないかもしれませんが、トップクラス以外のランク/フルパーゲームやトーナメントで役に立ちます。
「支援するのタイミング」「チームメイトとの連携の仕方（ココロを繋ぐ方法）」「戦術戦略状況判断」「ゲーム機能を正しく使い、基本的な動きや射撃のやり方」など、ゲームの基本を中心にをコーチングを行っています。
通常、コーチングはセルフサービスのようで実施されます。
まず、レビュー希望のVODファイルまたはゲーム動画をアップロードして、ここのチャンネルコメントとDM両方依頼送って（どのサーバーとどのランクであるかも教えてください）
そして、問題がある処のスクリーンショットとゴーチング意見を含むDOCXを作成してお送りします。終わり、簡単だから気軽にしてね！（言語能力は「中国語」＞「日本語」(喋る下手けどほかのは大丈夫！)＞「英語」なので、もっと左の言語ならもっと詳しくコーチング出来ます。）

Ciallo～(∠・ω< )⌒☆ 、I’m observers of MokaCup, ChengCheng. I’ve been playing Strinova since Season 1 in CN Server and managed to get on the leaderboard of APAC.
I’ve spent lots of time participating official and community tournament, thus my suggestion may not that useful in Top-Class Ranking games, However these guidance will still be useful in Non-top Ranking/Full Party games and Tournaments.
My coaching focus on giving you Basic Gaming Support such as 「Timing of support」, 「How to cooperate with your teammates」, 「Tournament tactical arrangements」, 「Move and shoot Basic in a right way using gaming features correctly」.
Usually my coaching courses are conducted in a self-service mode. You need to upload the VOD file that you want to be reviewed, then comment here or send direct message to me with your IGName. (There's a more detailed tutorial below)
Then I will send a DOCX Document for you, including screenshots of the problem scene and correction tips. (My language proficiency is 「Chinese」>「Japanese」>「English」thus the more left language on the left you use, the more detailed guidance you may get.)
If you are not satisfied with the DOCX I returned or need a more detailed explanation, or if you have other coaching course requests like 1v1 custom guidance, just comment!

   If they're crowded you can delete all and download the one you wanna give me, that will make the file only one!

Don't forget to tell me your ID/Agent you use in game both sides! VOD won't show the owner's ID!

4. PostScript for who wanna know how i play vod file / VODファイルのプレイ方法解説特典
   This also works for expired repaly, for a example you got a expired vod repaly file wanna play.
   Download a non-expired replay file in game and remember it's file name.
   replace (keep the file name unchanged, in the other word, make expired one non-ex\pired one's name) the non-expired one with expired one.
   press the replay bottom of non-expired replay in game.
   Done, you cheated the game let it play the expired replay by letting it think that's a non-expired one through name impersonating.

I guess you need a bit aim training and reaction time training to improve before accepting more tatical/movements/decision coaching.

+rep Thank you ChengCheng, for context to others, I reached out to him when I was mole 2, after working on the skills he taught me like looking for cover, better cam usage (as it is a TPSs game), and using that information to fish for better fights is what got me here.

From what I learned reading the document, I shouldnt be to hasty to clean up downed bodies as it causes me to waste bullets and be -1 tempo for a fight, not commit after the slightest bit of information, etc.

Ill work on my movement and aim as well moving forward, thanks again.

Boss wont care how many efforts you paid and how nesscessary these acccurate work needs to be, they just pay attention on amouts but not quality

So, I reached out to ChengCheng, and the docs + his advice helped me a lot. There are some plays that I thought to my self whether I should try to do it or not and he confirmed that to me. It's really a good idea to get another person's perspective on the game because it allows you to see things differently. I would recommend everyone reading this to reach out to him too. Do you have any recommendations for what routes to take when attacking Port Euler as a duelist?

Also in round 9 I do that risky jump up because I notice 2 of my teammates are sitting in that bad spot. My thought process is that we will guarantee lose the round if we just have 3 defenders sitting there for too long. What would you suggest instead?

Well, always with your teammates is probably the most important thing when ATK Euler as duelist at your rank. Especially when you're Ming, the leader of whole team. Alway keep your eyes on mini-map and make sure everyone is following you usually make sense at 50:50 balanced game.

3 Defenders in one site is not a problem, more importantly is that your teammates are doing stuipid thua you have to makeup for them. Making up is always complicated, if make it easy, its "Drop someone when your teammates are dying, make double sides left team member number same"
