Ping plays a big role. His kit is OP when he's w teammates since they'll provide backup fire and you can keep the enemy scared and busy.

i cant give you any more tips than that becuase you kinda just shot everyone in the back of the head(not a bad thing) but the one fight that you did have was played well

It does, but only if in air. The speed instead references to traveling the same distance, but faster.

RoF upgrade feels the exact same as no upgrade

Rof essentially lowers the amount of time between shots. It depends on how fast you can click for him.
