She has great healing but definitely relies on her team, especially because her ultimate removes her weapon. Her gun feels great though, not too much recoil. 🔥

Ultimate removing weapon is really funny to me and seems awful for just 50% damage reduction

generally, if you can consistently mag dump an opponent, mag capacity is better. if you prefer poke damage and/or playstyle is hit and run, reload speed is better

100%, but for Fragrans on particular you aren't really doing either. Why I say both Reload Speed and Magazine Capacity are both good.
