Logging of players and ability to ban from future lobbies

Hi per a conversation earlier from #💬｜𝗘𝗡｜general this game needs the ability for players to review player logs and prevent problematic players from rejoining lobbies.

A good first step might be including reporting for community feedback on specific players, if a log is too challenging to implement initially
