I do not think minor should be allowed in a adult, open chat room. and be able to use some gifs ie the FU-k gifs, they are minors and their parents may not like that viggle enable their kids to use them. secondly the kids should have a kid chat and a kid profile to sort them out of adult chats. as for animate rooms those are for everyone. suggestion have MOD's move around in different rooms more or have non MOD that can summit dyno or a MOD for help or problems.
as for me I left the chats and viggle to look stuff up.
