I’m on pro membership why is it telling me to buy credits in multi to make a video?

So my pro membership is automatically renewed every month on the 9th. It’s telling me to buy more credits to generate a video I just made on multi? So what’s the point of being a pro membership even? It never happened to me before after my credits are gone it will still let me create videos on slower speeds and today is the first time it’s giving me this screen. It saying I’m not a pro membership anymore on the web even though my membership doesn’t stop and I paid till the 9th of every month? I never discontinued my membership either and money is always taken from my bank every month. Those 19 extra credits I have to buy because I just finished editing the video and I don’t want to start over for a few bucks.. This is unfair for the pro members who actually pay for this? Can you guys explain?

Yes starting now, free users can generate up to 5 videos per day in slow mode, while Pro users can generate up to 10. After reaching the 10-video limit, Pro users will need to purchase additional credits

So I never created anything that day so where’s my 10 free slow mode creations? Why is it asking me to pay on multi when I haven’t used anything on that day? Makes no sense to me.

2:If their app was sponsored by some businessmen like Mark Zuckerberg or Elon Musk, it would probably be possible to generate videos indefinitely again.
