i would like to know why im paying for a subscription for Pro Membership and you guys are treating my account like a Basic Account
you can see on the Top Right Corner it says Pro next to my name. but i cant use any of the Pro Subscription Membership Features.
i also emailed you guys on your contacts information 2 months ago and no one ever responded to this
