allow us to use finetune again

I just noticed that I cant use finetune, so now my characters looks different/lower quality when I put them in.

Finetune is automatically turned on to all videos! If you find characters look different or quality not as expected, try switching between V2 or V2 turbo model by setting

At generation speed Turbo is faster than Regular and some features such as using Video Backgrounds for generation are only available in this model...
