I'm unsure why this is happening, i think it might be the sundered biome nearbye that messes them up? or because we are too close to spawn?
Also i'm 100% ive seen this guy before with the recall animation somewhere on live, just can't remember where

ive tested some more, its in peaceful biome close to spawn, you get bald men instead and sometimes you get both
