Hello, I’m currently trying to recreate Sesshomaru from the anime Inuyasha but I’m having trouble deciding on an armor style since Sesshomaru has a lot going on in his design. I wanna try to do a 1/1 or at least an inspired look.

I'm not sure about the armor names, but there are a few that fit kinda. There's one in the shop (Desert Calvary) that I think would look good dyed. Also, don't be afraid to make it look like he just has another outfit. I think the most important parts are the color palette, overall vibe, and his tail fur. Other than that i think anything could work as long as it gives a "Sesshomaru would wear this in general/ or off duty/casually" vibe. Alot of cosplayers do this with characters as well for many reasons. However id say the armor outfit Desert Cavalry works best for accuracy. For a creative version of Sesshomaru, I'd use Magpies' Nocturne and dye the cape white. Crimson vow can also work if you find a white shoulder fur too. If free to play, the next best things would be Heavenly Frost from Well of Heaven or Yaksha from PvP points with the path trails shoulder fur (best option for free to play imo). Yaksha can be replaced with the penstroke penny from the one career if you want to keep the pants style similar.

Azure resolve in the shope can also work when dyed to his color palette honestly

Ah, I'm sorry, I forgot it was a time limited skin. The next best imo would be Magpies nocturne but its a slight stretch as it isn't armored, and is more of a casual vibe. There might always be a better option that comes out in the future, but with the current choices, dying an outfit to match his color scheme would be the next best thing. You could go for a similar armor, and for go his tail, even without the tail, I think the similar armor style dyed his color scheme would be sufficient until a white shoulder fur is implemented into to game.

This is an outfit from the Chinese server. Dyeing this outfit seems to yield the best quality.

For now, I think wearing Inuyasha's clothes is the best option.

I think he came out really well! Even without the fur, he's still unmistakably Sesshomaru.
