If anyone would also like to go for more realistic looking faces I am happy to give advice! Just send a picture of your character's current face and the reference (if you have one) and I will try my best to advise on what to change 😆

Thank you! I spend sooo much jade tweaking it over and over just because at first it looked so plastic and too generic like those early AI generated drawings of faces. But the whole art style of the game is realistic, NPCs included, so those plastic faces really makes the MC stick out in the world, like they come from a different game, and that annoyed me so much!

Your character looks awesome as well and really fits the defiant personality of the mc

Nice one, very realistic facial features. Not sure if it would look better, but if u dont mind, I felt like changing the pupils to a much darker shade, and possibly a dark brown color would make it even more realistic? Anyway good stuff

I love this! I prefer realistic faces too, and I end up making my character using my own features (since this is one of the very few games I can actually get close). This character of yours turned out awesome.

Thank you, actually this was made using my own features as well! Though I didn't use the AI because I heard people don't always get good results with it, and just did it manually. How does your character look like, if you don't mind sharing?

I didn't use AI either, mostly because I don't like the system (privacy issues and all that). So I just did it manually as well. It has definitely taken so many tries XD I will surely share it on here when I'm able to get a good shot!

I do tend to add some fantastical things (colored eyes, elf ears, making the brows extra angry), as well as other things for extra ruggedness and this is what comes out lol

Thank you! I'm glad the elf is showing through XD And agreed on the features, especially the nose as the sliders can be finnicky and the shape still isn't quite right. But it's close and I'm glad for it for sure.

I can't link, but if you google wwmworkshop, there's a community built website that shares faces and codes. You can search the username on there and find their work.
Otherwise, you can search in-game in galleries by entering their name under designer, I believe.
