So I tried to use Penelope Eckhart as my image for character customization but none of the photos I downloaded onto my pc were recognized by the game in customization. Can I get some help please?

AI won't recognise that as it's made for human faces, and even with human faces it's been delivering atrocious work. Your best bet is to receive help making something similar or making it by yourself

Also I'd say the hair does most of the heavy lifting for this drawing
