Its a commen problem and ther is fixes for it.

have you tried rotating the block piece until it finds the right snap?

you can work around by making extra roll of normal tile to enable more snap point

Or replace the old one with the same new tile it sometimes refreshes the snap point (note: doesn't work every time )

Try taking off snap, although not perfect i could get it connected nearly perfect, or build your other pieces then that one will snap.
