We are aware of the issue where your character may get stuck or can't move on the mobile version, and we are actively working on a fix. For now there's a quick temporary fix - you can unfreeze your character by setting your chat to exploration mode.

I've got a bug -- holding G to repair the fragments in the new map has made my game crash every time I've tried (maybe 4 or 5 times now?) I'm just checking files in Steam & after that I'll log back on and grab my UID and a screenshot if it happens again 🙂

Hi! Has anyone experienced character movement issues in the mobile version of Where Winds Meet after today’s update?
When I enter the game, I can run normally for a few seconds, but then my character suddenly stops. The joystick doesn’t respond and the camera also won’t move.
Some actions still work (for example, shooting arrows), but only for a short time.
Restarting the game didn’t help. Does anyone know how to fix this? 🙏

Game crashes and force exits when wandering around in Hexi solo mode AFTER the defeat of the Veteran flying monster and the map is freely explorable.

Access to boss via event menu, "Go Defeat Boss" to unlock event TP's character to solo mode and immediately crashes. On subsequent attempts to log into game and resume game will immediately crash. On subsequent attempts to log into the game after account is offline game will still immediately crash.

No other performance issues noted, client repair not effective. Graphics settings change not effective.

Crashing does not happen in Hexi in online multiplayer mode. All of Kaifeng and Qinghe stable before and after update.

Currently unable to continue playing the game or find out why it crashes. Playing a new character is fine and bug free.

The quest "secret never shared" it's still bugged, the npc attacked by a wolf doesn't show where he is supposed to on pc.

Also the hairstyles you buy with harmonic cores are bugged as well - at least crimson glow is, if you recolor to something else the old color keeps showing it for a second while performing some inkwell fan skills or the wind rider flying skill

The flute skill music selection option is one of the best features in the chinese version of this game. Being forced to hear the obnoxious raw flute sound every 20 seconds is too much to the extent I had to mute the volume entirely. I know copy rights can be a challenge but u earning so much money from cosmetics of this game so kindly find a solution for this. Music selection of flute was super fun feature in CN

So the inkwell fan's Emerald barrier / windwall gives the effect "jade break". However, with the new umbrella's ability "scarlet spin", it does not get the increased 30% damage modifier. I might be wrong on this, but if possible please check it out.

Basically God of Avarice appears hazy if we start our graphic settings from Quality or Ultra (modifying graphics from those preset). However, if we modify the graphic settings from Performance or Balanced, the haze will disappear despite the settings being basically the same (refer to screenshot)

After this happens, both the Qinghe and Kaifeng maps turn completely black and only show boundary stones. When I attempt to travel to Kaifeng after that, it does not work. I play with PS5 pro , with the new version 1.4 the bugs and crashes are increased then before , before I only get crash when I fight with world bosses but now I even get it with anything I do for example if I try to make new scenario or change outfit or entering other players profile or playing with the bosses or collecting battle pass rewards and some other things that is bugged, while I did everything like deleting the game and reinstall it again and entering the safe mode of the ps5 to delete the database and nothing is working as it should , did you realized I’ve not even mentioned the Lag / high ping ? Hi, I've been stuck on this issue for several days and already submitted an in-game ticket with no response yet.

Issue: Cannot enter Liangzhou map despite meeting all requirements.

Steps completed:

• Main story quest completed (system prompt confirms I can enter Liangzhou)
• Baitou City (白头城) Garrison (镇守) fully cleared
• Expected NPC at Baitou City outer teleport point to trigger "Ten Riders Beyond the Pass" (十骑出关) quest — NPC does not appear

Troubleshooting already tried:

• Switched maps and returned multiple times
• Restarted the game multiple times
• Waited at the teleport point
• Submitted in-game support ticket (no response after X days)

Platform: PS5 and all platform (with same linked account)

Please help push the quest state forward. This is blocking all main story progress. Thank you!

I encountered a serious bug after playing the reverse quest “Lost Chapter: A Wellspring of Hope”.

I quit mid-quest and when I returned the quest progress was gone, so I couldn’t finish it.

After that many items in my bag disappeared, including common items, event items, quest items, and my Harmonic Core.

I’ve contacted support through email and in-game service, but they only suggested Data Checking which doesn’t apply to the missing items.

My items are still missing and I can’t continue playing. I’m still waiting for a proper solution.

And before anyone asks, yes I checked all my drives and files my ram ect, I also played another high graphic game like where winds meet to compare and that game worked perfectly fine. But where winds meet my screen stutters, even though graphics and all that are loading. (Not to sound rude or anything, i just really want to play game again..)

Try to enable virtual cursor as your workaround. I think they will unlikely fix all the places navigation is bugged so virtual cursor is supposed to cover for it

And it is luckily one place where it works. Unlike training dummy settings

I generally didn't get your bug complaint... he goes out arena for a mechanic. He jumps a lot cause his attacks but nothing you described sounds abnormal thats why I asked to see what you even meant

Not sure how to say this but I feel like ever since the latest update, I struggle launching and getting into the game. I verified all files also and restarted my pc multiple times and tried different launch options but most of the time the game when launching will stop responding, or it will get me to the main menu and I can choose an account and load into the world but it freezes at 100% and then stop responding. And when I relaunch the game and I am able to get back to that same point, it says the account is already present in the world and click to continue but ends up freezing again at 100%. (PC, EU)

Into the Furnace chase sequence completely broken for me

Once I jump to this falling debris I get consistently stuck, unable to move on and forced to die repeatedly

Into the Furnace quest is broken on both steam and ios. At different parts, the G prompt wouldnt appear, causing me to fall and die or being forced to unstuck myself and reset that sequence in the quest

"Try again" button after claiming rewards in solo mode campaign doesnt work at some campaigns and just puts you back at empty arena, so you still have to exit and tp back manually. So far noticed on Qianye and River Master; meanwhile Void King and Lucky Seventeen work fine.

Hello! I started the game about a week ago, and yesterday I got realllllly stuck at Kaifeng regarding Into the Furnace mission, when you need to escape to the top. How Can I complete this? I did not find any information about this in the internet. It is when you jump in a platform, and then jump on a statue (big face)... I know I am suppesed to jump higher on the statue, and then press G, but instead I can only jump at the bottom right side of the statue where I fall off.

fixed the issue. if you get this same error EVR.dll not found, you are missing Media Feature Pack in Windows.

I'm stuck in the exact same spot. I did the walk slowly and it helped with lag, but I also cannot get past this part. Like there is no option to continue the escape, just fall and die each time (I died around 30 tines last night/this morning).

@nocturne rose Not sure if you got past it yet, but when you get to that bridge, walk very slowly to the edge and it should auto jump for you to the correct location. It just worked for me.
