there's an elevator that goes to the middle of the palm so you can look down upon the guild base 😛

any plans to build houses 'around it' like directly against the rock itself? Or like a pavilion in the palm?

definitely possible. i kinda got it where i wanted it and took a break. if i put a building within the palm it might take away from the imagery from a distance. but for sure houses around it are possible. mainly a visual thing right now. not much function other than a viewing tower

can be finicky I guess, though having the freedom to adjust the actual cliff face helps I guess.

at least you can adjust the cliff face. building on the side of cliffs in solo doesn't give you that option. But true lots of options to entirely f up your build

And what I mean is in the guild base you can adjust the mountains and cliffs to your requirements. In solo not so much

Well U know what the punishment for messing up is in the Yakuza? Every time you mess up you owe a phalanx to the boss or the clan. 3 times and your pinky is gone. You start on the dominant hand has something to do with not being able to wield a sword properly without a complete pinky

it makes sense though when you think about the culture of the yakuza, their history and japanese culture in general. It is unusual, gruesome and surely appalling, but crazy ... don't think so personally. Value honour above leniency, value consequences and retribution and settlement above forgiveness, value strictness above slacking and obedience above anarchy ... one thing leads to another and the punishment seems quite natural all of a sudden.

At least on paper that is

its a process lol getting the initial shape is half the battle

i used the largest rock i could find so this one is huge. bigger than it looks in the picture

Ipan's got better sculpting of the writ itself I think altough that might be down to used assets and some I guess not having a actual bottom-facing surface

Thank you 🙂 Not if there's more i will do with it. They wrist to the palm is completely hollow with an elevator to the top. If only I could put water down I could make a whole rooftop oasis in the palm of the hand 😛
