How do you place a premade building diagram into a Guild Base?

basically, on solo mode i can place inns/stone houses/etc, but on the guild base it only lets me place the thatched roof houses and some sheds. nothing pops up on the premade diagram tab. all other furniture seems to be there. are the premade building diagrams level-locked? i'm new to all this so i don't know much.

Heya! So in guild base theres ony 3 premade diagram houses, in the inventory in the guild seccion you can see them in diagram tab, it should be next to large components
