This is my second original project. I wasn’t able to focus on it fully because of other work, but I still wanted to push it forward. It originally started with a black theme, but it didn’t fit the vision, so I reworked the entire build into an imperial red sea-harbor palace concept.

The project combines luxury, entertainment, and maritime function:

Main Hall (Revelry Hall inspired)

Large central dance floor

Throne gathering area

Restaurant setups

Private halls and rooms

Elevated arena platform above the dance floor

Separate viewing lounges

Right Wing – Rest & Leisure

Indoor swimming pools

Rooftop sea-view restaurant

Semi-submerged sea-view dining and entertainment area

Left Wing – Logistics & Shipyard

Multi-floor storage areas

Construction support and cranes

Under-construction ship in the dock (will be completed gradually)

This is only the first expansion. The next phase will include a separate mansion for the young master and a hotel area for sea visitors with a larger dock.
