Description: Since yesterday, I have been unable to use Spotlight Mode because all functions have become unresponsive, preventing me from temporarily exiting the mode or entering Studio. Although I managed to access Studio Mode through the Gallery, the interface appears to be bugged; core features are non-functional, and generated poses are failing to display. Additionally, the Spotlight options are overlapping with the Camera controls, which creates significant visual clutter and makes it difficult to adjust the camera position accurately. The audio recording is not repeated to the issue, you can ignore it.

edit: feb13, somehow it got fixed for me today, the thumbnail/pic works again (but not for the past one), but i'm happy that i can upload pretty pics again
edit2: feb14, and... it stopped working again with the Spotlight feature, the signpost still ok

Description: When doing Spotlight Mode, even if everyone has the same dance uploaded, there is always one who stays still in the performance. I figured that it’s because we’re not in the same country and there’s lag, that’s why his character is staying still. (left on the video)

In Dance Competitions, you can choose your dance from the exhibition tab but no one can see it in Online Mode, they just see your character standing still.

Detailed Description:

1. Unable to generate any new images/poses from the Smart Generation feature. It says Upload Completed but File under Review when generating and then it never generates.
2. Images taken with Spotlight feature fail to load in Exhibition as well as World Gallery but any pictures taken with the normal Camera feature works and can be uploaded.
3. Uncertain if it's related to the Spotlight bug but images posted in the Newspaper and Signposts are also unable to be viewed.
4. No amount of restarting has resolved the issue and it's been almost one week now

Spotlight always shows 15 works only regardless of what catergory im checking and timing like latest, trending today/weekly/all time. It's been like this since release, but I saw someone's stream while scrolling tiktok the other day and they had many spotlights available. Good day. Me and four friends tried doing a five man coop spotlight.

Unfortunately, every time we start the performance, only 3 out of 5 members start dancing.

We streamed each member and it showed the other party dancing except 2 different players stood still.

Detailed Description: I would like to report a bug I encountered
The issue happens in the cave that leads to the Everdeer boss I wanted to take a photo there using Photo Mode (F7) while diving underwater, but the game crashes instantly when I press space..

I tested F7 mode outside of the water and it works normally. The crash only happens when I am underwater in that location. I will also attach a video showing the problem. I really enjoy taking photos in the game, and I would love to be able to take underwater photos in the future I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be fixed as soon as possible pls

On controller, certain tab-based menus keep automatically opening submenus or sub-tabs without me pressing confirm. This happens on screens like the Season menu, Spotlight mode, and a few other similar menus.

Basically, when I’m trying to move across the main tabs, the game automatically enters the inner folder for whatever tab is highlighted. This makes navigation extremely frustrating, and in Spotlight mode it makes editing almost impossible.

In Spotlight, I can only cycle through a small set of options like Natural Gate, Gaze, Focal Length, camera rotation-related options, and Time of Day before it loops back around. I can’t properly access the rest of the editing tools.

Because of this, controller players can’t reliably change important photo settings like lighting or other advanced scene options. It makes silhouettes, dramatic shadows, and more detailed compositions basically impossible. A huge part of Spotlight’s creativity is locked off because the menu keeps fighting the player.

This has been happening since April 30 and has stayed through multiple hotfixes/bug-fix updates. It’s not just a small annoyance anymore; it’s actively preventing controller players from using one of the game’s main creative/social features.

Please look into this. If the game supports controller/console players, then controller navigation needs to work properly across menus, especially in Spotlight mode.

1. PlayStation Bug report in game: Let us console users upload video/screenshots from our PS5 gallery. The in-game screenshot doesn't allow us to show the actual bug. Please allow this so console users can upload our bug issues more efficiently.

2. Regarding the UI in Spotlight - I cannot access the bottom tabs properly. This is an in-game UI issue.

3. When i want to take a simple "Photo" not spotlight, and I go to Pose tab, I select Moves, and press X, it takes me to the top right (Appearance, Hide UI and Album) part. 🤨 Then i have to press Circle to back out lol and re-do it each time.

4. Accessing the gallery pictures (be in Photos or Combination or any category) the page scrolls fast downwards without any input from my side, like it is possessed.

5. Some of my Works in Gallery are not "Loading". Why is this? Please fix this as well.

Previous console users have reported this for the last couple of weeks. If you need more game testers to report this kind of stuff directly to the team in China, let me know. I will be more that willing to help send videos of bugs on a consistent basis. Otherwise please put a priority on POINT 1. Thanks.
