PlayStation 5 EU (UK)
Patch: 1.0.92.53588

I can't sign in on PlayStation, upon clicking start (since that is al I have to press) it says [nil]Account loginfailed. Check the network and restart the game upon restarting the PlayStation issue persists.

IPhone 13 EU (UK)
Patch: 1.2.29.53530

I can sign in and play without any issues

PS:
Upon signing in with my iPhone I'm able to also sign in with my ps5 - - - as soon as I sign out or restart the game on PlayStation I can not re sign in unless I sign back in with my iPhone again...

Update (as I'm typing this)
If I sit at the start screen for some time then I'm allowed to sign in on PlayStation.

guys does anyone know how to fix “pre key is wrong or expired”? i can log in but the game is super laggy and unplayable i already tried reinstalling verifying files changing dns and removing the vn patch but still the same

After starting the game in steam my game bring the RESUME (CHARACTER NAME ) so I'm connected to the server but after clicking it I get an infinite unc jiang loading screen

@dark dew for everyone having this issue Go to where your game is installed click on LocalData and move or cut the LocalDB file to somewhere else or delete it ( I don't suggest doing it ) I don't know about the errors up there I'm talking about the error I write here

I just restarted using steam interface instead of the link on my desktop and it worked.

I just updated the game (EPIC games PC) and now on the title screen it only gives the start option and no resume. When I click start it says "[10] abnormal account information", when I am signed into epic and all other epic games are signing in just fine.

for everyone having login issues with epic games, mine has done the same before and its just an issue with the game not connecting to the servers properly and will be resolved likely sometime today :) i will most likely switch over to steam in the future though as it doesnt seem to happen on there!
