How do y'all use Courtyard Landscape?

lol. i...yeah. i know it's there. but it calls for having a recipe when I try to construct it. the recipe is what i cannot for the life of me figure out how to find or obtain. but thank you.

going to drop this here for anyone else in my boat in the future: it's for guilds. Seemingly only for guilds. Made new character and started a guild and got my answer. Thus far in my testing it's only able to be used in the guild base. But feel free to correct me if it can be used in normal construction.
